Alright, so I already know that the password is terminal, and I've used it before, so I know that it works, but I want to know how you get that answer. There's a Lucky Joy Cleaners card in the evidence, but even when I found out what the password was, I couldn't figure out how people got the answer! Can anyone explain, please?

Place the chinese coin over the card so that its edge lines up with the arcs printed on the card.This will reveal the letters you require.
